Mercure / Mount Royal which is it?
Location stunning. Staff excellent
I could NOT find The Mercure Hotel, I walked along Princess St many times, asked many people, until I discovered it's different name. Could I not have been informed beforehand. It certainly spoiled the start of my stay, as I was v tired after a long journey Please decide which name is being used before anyone else,has this same problem.

Good location, nice room, friendly staff and good breakfast included.
I was provided a free upgrade with a nice view however the room was an accessible room which really only caused issues when using the washroom (showering caused entire bathroom to be wet, low sink, etc.)

Incredibly central, easy to get to from the station. Accommodated me early which was lovely. Comfortable room, and helpful staff.

Great location if visiting Edinburgh.
Food was ok, and the bedroom was comfy. Staff was very helpful.
This hotel was under some kind of renovations, wifi was very spotty, and parking was dreadful. Should have stated this in booking.
